MOVE TOWARDS DIGITAL, AVOID PAPER WORK

Drowned in paper

I tend to have a notebook, piece of paper, or pen ready to jot down a note in an instant. I find it satisfying to write, sketch, and organize my thoughts on paper.
However, there are many aspects of my life and my job that are not improved by using paper and pen.
When I’m taking notes in a meeting that need to be shared with a group at-large or I’m organizing a project, I need to have an electronic version to keep everything well-documented. Whether it’s collecting data at an event, gathering answers that need be shared with multiple constituents, or budgeting finances, digital tools provide the framework for reliability and accuracy in my work.
As one can take example of Lovely Professional University, Punjab. The attendence is taken there online as well as assignments are upload by faculty and students through online by the given platform of UMS by university and hey also had make a mobile c0mpatible app that is LPU Touch. Most of the competitive exams are also taken on online mode which is good for everyone. And one more thing that everyone account is attached to their mobile number so when they withdraw any amount from ATM, they ask that if you want the transaction slip or not, so if you have phone with you and amount message is received by bank to you then there is no  need to get that slip, so these are some ways by which we can save paper.

If you jot a note down on paper, save it and use the rest of the sheet for your notes. American business waste 21 million tonnes of paper per annum! Ideally, try to have your business as paperless as possible. When it is absolutely necessary, print on both sides of the page. And don’t forget to recycle it!
Also read magazines, newspaper, and other publications on online platform.
So, #savepaper#savetrees#saveearth
